Welcome to the website for the International Indology Graduate Research Symposium (IIGRS)! After the success of the first eight symposia held respectively at the University of Oxford (2009), the University of Cambridge (2010), the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 (2011), the University of Edinburgh (2012), the Ruhr-Universität Bochum (2013), the University of Hamburg (2014), the University of Leiden (2015), and the University of Munich (2016), we are pleased to announce that the ninth symposium will be held at Ghent University in 2017.
